AirMed owns a fleet of fully customized fixed-wing aircraft and operates from its headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, with additional bases in Cleveland, Honolulu, Rochester, and its international base in Hong Kong. AirMed services are available on a fee-for-service basis, as well as via pre-paid membership startingat just $95.
